All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that our products are handmade embroidered artworks. During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated by email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are shipped from Portugal.
